  • 1:1 consultation sessions

  • Post-arrival support and guidance

We do not work as a visa agent or guarantee any admission, visa, or job placement.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent.

  • All information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date.

  • You will not use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All consultation sessions (Doubt, Information, or Career Consultation) are prepaid.

  • Fees are clearly listed before booking.

  • You must book appointments through our official channels only.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless a cancellation is initiated by us.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or an alternative slot.

5. No Guarantee

While we provide guidance based on personal experience and research, DakshDeepy Consultancy does not guarantee:

  • Admission to any institution

  • Issuance of visa or residence permit

  • Employment or permanent residence in Germany

Decisions related to visas, admissions, and permits are solely under the authority of the concerned institutions and government bodies.
