You need to complete Studienkolleg (1-year foundation course)
Required: German language skills (B2–C1), APS certificate

OR

After 1 Year College (2 Semesters in India) or JEE Advanced

You may be eligible for direct Bachelor admission without Studienkolleg
APS certificate still required

After Studienkolleg

You can directly apply to German public universities
